Change of mind or wrong size (full-priced items)
If you purchase an item that is full priced and decide for any reason that the item doesn’t suit you or isn’t your size, you are free to return the item for a refund. You must notify us within 3 days of your receiving your item that you wish to do so by email to returns@LBMM.com and return the item within 5 days of receiving it.
We are happy to issue you a refund or credit note providing:
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your item that you would like to return it.
- The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
- The items are neatly packaged and are sent to us within 5 days of receiving the item with a trackable shipping method.
Please send an email to returns@LBMM.com to initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your item.
Upon receiving the return item/s, we will assess them and if it satisfies our requirements, we will offer a refund. If the garment/s do not satisfy our requirements the items will be sent back to the recipient.

Return shipping cost
Return shipping at customers’ expense.
Sale items (Sale items are items that have 11% or more discount applied to the retail price)
- We are strictly unable to provide refunds on sale items for change of mind or wrong size, but will provide a refund if the item is faulty.
- You are able to return the item for a store credit or exchange of size. The credit note is available to use with no expiry date attached.
- Please note we enforce this policy on all sale items.
- For sale items, should you require a different size or style we are able to provide a credit voucher or exchange of size (dependent on stock) if you contact us within 3 days of receiving your item email@example.com
The customer is responsible for all exchange postage costs incurred. All return items are sent with express trackable parcels and you will be notified of all tracking once the parcel has been sent. Any purchase made with a discount code of more than 10% off is considered a sale Item. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to our condition of a credit note for sale items as requests for refunds will be denied.
- In the unfortunate case you think you may have received a faulty garment please email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
- You will need to return items with all tags in place. You will be compensated for postage in all faulty return circumstances.
- The fault will be assessed upon the return of the garment and we reserve the right to repair or replace it. If the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
Please note slight variations in color in hand-dyed garments are not considered defects but are part of the nature of hand-dyed garments.
Due to our limited numbers of stock, we are unable to hold stock to perform exchanges. If you require a different size to the item you received, please email us email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your item to initiate a return for a store credit. The item is required to be sent by registered mail (and tracking provided to us)
Once your return has been approved, we will send you your returns form will all information provided. Please put this returns form in your parcel so we can process your return quickly.
Please follow care instructions carefully, as most of our items are very unique and delicate. We are unable to offer refunds if items have been treated incorrectly. Always follow the care label.
